  "Soaring Eagle" (18 by 16 inches) is a quilted wall hanging made with a panel background. Cindy created the hills and sky from panels of fabric, then built the Snippet eagle on top of the background. This quilt is featured in Snippet Sensations: Fast, Fusible Fabric Art for Quilted or Framed Projects (Krause Publications, 1996).
