  Cindy spent several weeks collecting the fabrics for "Water Lilies at Giverny" (51 by 36 inches). It was, she says, a lesson in color, since the background in Monet's original painting appears purple and green, but actually contains many, many more colors when you look at it closely. This quilt is featured in Snippet Sensations: Fast, Fusible Fabric Art for Quilted or Framed Projects (Krause Publications, 1996).
