We aim to make SewAndQuilt.com the easiest shopping experience possible.
From allowing pets, food and drink--to providing simple-to-use screens
and to the point directions. Here's
a brief tutorial of shopping at SewAndQuilt.com. (In case you need
a refresher or are too busy, we'll provide a link to these pages from
all shopping pages.)
What is the cost of shipping?
The amount to be added to your order for shipping can be found on a chart
on the Shipping Policies page.
In what currency are the prices at SewAndQuilt.com?
All prices at SewAndQuilt.com are in US dollars. Your credit-card company
will automatically convert the cost of your purchases into your national
currency at the appropriate exchange rate.
How soon will my order be shipped?
Our goal is to ship all orders within 1 to 2 business days. If an item
will not be available for immediate shipment, you will be notified.
What if I don't receive my order within a reasonable
time?
If you select ground shipping, it can take 7 to 10 business days. Orders
usually arrive sooner than that. If the shipping company has not delivered
your order within a reasonable time, send us a
message with the date of order and the Order number. (This information
can be found in the confirmation Email we sent after you placed your order.)

What is your product guarantee?
Your complete satisfaction with your purchase from SewAndQuilt.com is
guaranteed. Return it for any reason within 30 days for a refund. Please
see our Return policy below.
What is your return policy?
Your satisfaction is guaranteed at SewAndQuilt.com and, within 30 days
after your receipt, you may return any product for any reason for a full
refund.
Any product discovered to be defective may be returned at any time for
refund or replacement. We can refund shipping cost only if the return
is the result of a defective product or our error. Please complete the
Return Authorization Form to obtain a Return
Authorization Number. To complete the form you will need your Order number.
This number can be found in the confirmation E-mail you received soon
after your order was placed, and on the packing slip that came with your
order.
If the product was damaged during shipping, let us know as soon as possible
and retain all packaging material in case we need to file a claim with
the carrier. Please call our toll free number (1-888-WE QUILT or 1-888-937-8458)
and we will make arrangements for replacement.
What information is collected?
We retain customer information, such as name, address, products shipped,
etc. in our Order Processing database for accounting and customer service
purposes. This information is not shared with anyone. You will receive
an email invitation to join our newsletter list. If you do nothing, you
will not receive the newsletter. If you choose to subscribe, you can unsubscribe
easily from this list at any time.
Credit card information is not retained in our database.
What is done with personal information?
Your privacy is carefully guarded at SewAndQuilt.com. While we must retain
your name, address, E-mail address and other information to process your
orders, we do not share this information with others. Please see Privacy

What are cookies?
"Cookies" are a technology that allows a more convenient shopping experience
by providing faster access to information about your previous visits to
our site.
Cookies, by themselves, cannot be used to find out the identity of any

What about credit card security?
Using your credit card for online shopping with reputable merchants, including
SewAndQuilt.com is more secure than using your credit card at restaurants,
hotels and stores where you hand the card to a clerk to process. Why?
Because the information is encrypted and sent electronically to a secure
server operated by a financial services company. Upon shipment of your
order, the funds are electronically transferred to our account. Credit
card information is not retained by us, which is why you must resubmit
it on every order.
