Shipping Information 

Our Shipping and Handling Charges

We do not profit on shipping or handling charges. We use the most cost effective method based on the customer's delivery choice. If we are able to ship for less than the shown amount, we will do so!

That is why we don't charge you until we have found out the shipping costs.

If however, we find that your shipping costs will be higher than the stated amount, we will contact you first, to see if you want to continue with your purchase.

This happens rarely, and if so, it is related to an unusual size or bulk of product. But don't worry, we find the most cost effective way to get your item to you, and do not profit from shipping!

Questions and comments about our shipping rate changes can be directed to service@sewandquilt.com.

Please note that we cannot mark international parcels at "gift" as it is against postal regulations in the United States to misrepresent customs documents.

International and Wholesale Orders

International Shipping will be at current market rates. Please note: International shipments may be subject to taxes and fees charged by the receiving country. According to our laws, we must fill out customs forms to ship outside the United States based on the value of the items shipped.

PLEASE NOTE: Occasionally our software does not reflect the actual shipping cost that will be incurred for an International Order. In this case, we will email you to confirm if you wish to go ahead with your order.

When We Ship

Our goal is to ship your complete order within 3 - 4 business days of receipt. Note: We do not ship on weekends. Our shipping department is not open on Saturday, Sunday or national holidays, so please take that into consideration when placing your order, especially rush orders. We make every effort to ship rush orders the day they are received. Orders placed after 1:00pm Pacific time may be shipped the following day.

We do not bill your credit card until the order is shipped.

Orders are shipped via UPS, Priority Mail, or Global Priority Mail, whichever is best for your order. If you need to make special shipping arrangements (for example, next-day or second-day delivery), please contact us before placing your order and we will be happy to assist you.

Important Note: We're sorry, but US federal regulations prevent us from shipping aerosol products overseas or via air.
