As a sewing or quilting business owner, you are invited to shop in the SewAndQuilt.com Wholesale Warehouse. Wholesale prices are 30 percent below suggested list. There are no minimum order quanties.

Please note, we are a retail store and offer this program to our small business customers. If you are a large enough business to meet the minimum order quantites, you may be able to get better prices from a wholesaler.

Who qualifies to shop in the Wholesale Warehouse?

If you have a quilt shop or a sewing related business, you may qualify to shop at wholesale prices in the SewAndQuilt.com Wholesale Warehouse. You can buy in wholesale or retail quantities-no minimum order is required.

Due to shipping costs, we are no longer accepting wholesale applications from outside the United States and Canada.

How does the Wholesale Warehouse work?

You sign in using your special ID and password. The wholesale prices are automatically calculated for you. No need to ask for a discount. You will pay the wholesale price shown on the website and at checkout.

What protection do I have?

All wholesale buyers need to qualify and use a password to enter our Wholesale Warehouse. Retail customers cannot access the wholesale warehouse.

What if I don't have a store?

Perhaps you have a machine-quilting, custom-sewing, or small manufacturing business. You can purchase your supplies-thread, batting, notions, fabrics, specialty tools, whatever you need-from our Wholesale Warehouse. As long as you can demonstrate that you have an established business that uses or resells the products you purchase from us, you may qualify to buy at our special wholesale prices.

What if I don't see what I need in the Wholesale Warehouse?

Every product in the SewAndQuilt.com online store is also available in the Wholesale Warehouse.

How do I apply to shop in the Wholesale Warehouse?

To apply for a password to the SewAndQuilt.com Wholesale Warehouse, follow these easy steps:

1. Use the application form provided on the link below to give us the information we need to set up your customer profile:

2. Then gather together a copy of...

• Your provincial/state/federal tax certificate.

...plus a copy of at least one of the following:

• Your letterhead or business card.
  
  
• A wholesale or retail invoice bearing your company name.
  
  
• Your Yellow Pages ad.

3. Mail, Fax or Email the documentation to us at:

When your documentation has been received and approved, you will receive an e-mail containing a password to get into the Wholesale Warehouse, and you can begin shopping. You will be able to see the discounted prices at that time.
