Application to Shop in the SewAndQuilt.com Wholesale Warehouse

You'll need a customer name and a password to shop in the SewAndQuilt.com Wholesale Warehouse. This is for your protection, since it keeps unqualified buyers from taking advantage of your wholesale prices.

Once you receive your customer name and password, you'll need to sign in to see and receive your wholesale discount prices.

There are no minimum orders to meet. All we ask is that your total purchases during each fiscal quarter add up to at least $300. You must also be able to demonstrate that you have an established business that uses or resells the products you purchase from us, as outlined below.

Please provide the following information:

Remember to also FAX or MAIL PHOTOCOPIES of your supporting documentation.

Your business license, incorporation certificate, or provincial/state/federal tax certificate.

Plus one of the following:
Your yellow-page ad.
A copy of your letterhead or business card.
A wholesale or retail invoice bearing your company name.

Once your documentation has been received and approved, you will receive an e-mail containing a password to get into the Wholesale Warehouse. You'll be able to see the discounted prices once you log in and begin shopping.
